EveryRFP is a product of Showcase Holdings LLC. These terms cover the use of EveryRFP, the software at app.everyrfp.com that monitors public procurement sources, scores opportunities against a profile you configure, and helps draft responses from materials you supply.
Using EveryRFP
By creating an account or using the EveryRFP application you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account. Seats are for the people on your plan; do not share them outside your organization.
Trials, Plans and Fees
Accounts start with a free trial of the length stated at signup. Plan limits and prices are those shown on the pricing page.
Your Content
Proposals, capability statements and other materials you upload remain yours. You give EveryRFP a limited license to process them to provide the service, including generating drafts at your direction. Your organization's scores, reviews, notes and drafts are private to your organization.
Acceptable Use
Do not scrape, resell or redistribute the catalog or scoring data outside your organization, and do not use the service to break any law or procurement rule.
Disclaimers and Liability
EveryRFP gathers publicly posted information and can contain errors, gaps or delays. It does not find every RFP. Always confirm opportunity details and requirements with the issuing agency. Scores, reviews and drafts are decision support, not professional advice, and you are responsible for what you submit. EveryRFP never submits a bid on your behalf. To the fullest extent the law allows, EveryRFP is not liable for missed opportunities, lost bids or indirect damages.
